Taking Your Phone Service to New Heights

Enjoy the freedom, flexibility and enhanced features that our service has to offer.

How Does VoIP (Voice over IP) Work?

Unlike traditional telephone services that are physical connected to your home or office and use the local telephone company’s network for calling. Our VoIP telephone service accesses our vast network of telephone gateways via a broadband (high-speed) internet connection. (Typical high-speed internet connections are delivered over Cable or DSL, but we do support both wireless and satellite network connections.) Unlike traditional telephone services, our service works over virtually any high-speed internet connection, regardless of its physical location. This gives you the freedom and flexibility to move your telephone (without costly installation fees) to any location. Simply connect your telephone adaptor to the internet and plug in a phone and within minutes you’ll have service at your new location. Best of all; you’ll have your same telephone number regardless if you’re moved across town or across the country*.

* Important! When changing service locations remember to update your 911 information immediately

Not only will you have the flexibility of our reliable VoIP service, you'll enjoy the added features that come standard with our basic package. Or enhance your service with the many affordable features available on our network.

Getting Started:
After completing the signup process we’ll send you a preconfigured VoIP telephone adaptor. Upon receiving the telephone adaptor, simply connect it to any available high-speed internet connection and plug in a standard telephone into phone port 1. Within minutes your service will be activated and ready for use.

Connecting the Linksys ATA (Analog Telephone Adaptor) to your network.

Connect the provided network cable from an available LAN Port (typically ports 1,2,3 or 4) on your router to the Internet port (blue) on the Linksys ATA. Connect a standard corded or cordless home telephone to port one (phone one) on the ATA. Once everything is connected, apply power to the Linksys ATA and within 5 minutes the ATA should indicate internet connectivity and there should be dial tone on your phone. Place and receive calls as you normally would.
