Change Your Provider not Your Telephone Number

Switching telephone service provides doesn’t mean that you have to give up your existing telephone number. Local Number Portability (LNP*) is a convenient, simple process that’s available for free regardless of the reason you wish to keep your existing telephone number. To find out if you can keep your existing phone number, enter your area code and the first three numbers that follow into our "Service Availability Form".

*Note: We are continually expanding our network coverage into new areas; unfortunately LNP to our network is not available in all locations. Please complete our contact form and once our service is available in your area one you’ll be notified.

Transferring my Number**
Simply sign up for any of our service offerings and select the option to keep your existing telephone number. A representative will send you the forms to start the transfer process.

**Note: If you currently have DSL and telephone services from the local telephone company, you will have to contact your current provider and request that they unbundled your internet and telephone service. Once this is completed we’ll be able to initiate the transfer process.
