Account Types

Post-Paid Account: Traditional Service Account.
This type of account is similar to a traditional telephone, cable or cellular account. Meaning that all subscribers with these types of accounts will receive an  electronically invoices on a monthly basis. Payment will be via a valid credit card, PayPal account, cash, money order, or personal/business check. Any payment method other than a valid credit card and PayPal, must be made within 15days of invoice date. Missed, late and partial payments will incur interest (currently 21.6%) charges and be applied to the following months balance.

A credit check will be performed when establishing this type of account, if the payment method is anything other than a valid credit card or PayPal.

Pre-Paid Account: A Convenient way to Manage you Telephone Service.
During these challenging times individuals and business are under a great deal of financial pressure. At SubSpace Communications we believe that financial challenges shouldn’t be a determining factor in enabling you to obtain telephone service. This is why we have created our pre-Paid solution. Unlike other telephone service providers that required a significant deposit (typically hundreds of dollars) prior to providing service, we handle your account in a similar way as a pre-paid cell phone.

There are no credit checks, you simply subscribe, add funds to your account via a valid credit card, PayPal account, cash, money order, or personal/business check. Once we receive the funds, we apply the amount to your account and your service is active.

Funds deposited in your account go towards the monthly costs of the service including any long distance usage. Once your account balance gets below $10, you’ll be notified via email to add funds to the account. Once the funds reach $0 your service will be suspend for a period of 30day or until you add funds to the account. If after 30days you have not replenished your account the service will be disconnected.

Note: due to the volatility of this service we require you to purchase your ATA hardware upfront. If after the first 6 months your service is still active we’ll applied a credit to your account in the amount of half the initial equipment cost.
